The Nanboku Line of the Sapporo subway is convenient. Get off at Kita 12-jo Station. Through the Kita 13-jo Gate you can enter Hokkaido University, and you will reach the Faculty and Graduate School of Engineering in about 10 minutes on foot. From JR Sapporo Station it takes approximately 20 minutes on foot.
