Distribution of documents to students entering in April 2026

The following documents (Student Manual, Student ID, ELMSID, etc.) will be distributed to new students on the following dates.

If you are unable to come to the office, please follow the instructions below.

(1) If you ask a friend
If you wish to ask a friend to pick up your documents, you will need to create a power of attorney. Please prepare a document in the following format and give it to your friend who will receive the materials on your behalf.

(2) If you wish to have the documents mailed to you（Available in Japan only）
Send the completed Letter Pack Light (blue, 430 yen) along with the documents to Hokkaido University Graduate School of Engineering Academic Affairs Section.
Please do not remove “sticker to be kept by the client”.
Please also enclose a note indicating that you wish to receive the Student Handbook by mail.
